אנטרה ביו חוזרת לעמוד בדרישות הרישום בנאסד"ק

Entera Bio Ltd, (נאסד"ק: ENTX), ("אנטרה" או "החברה"), מובילה בפיתוח פפטידים וחלבונים טיפוליים הניתנים דרך הפה, הודיעה היום כי קיבלה הודעה מ- NASDAQ Stock Market LLC  (נאסד"ק) ב- 23 במרץ 2023, המודיעה לאנטרה כי היא חזרה לעמוד בדרישת מחיר ההצעה המינימלית על פי כלל הרישום לנאסד"ק 5550(a)(2)  להמשך הרישום בשוק ההון של נאסד"ק.

ב-21 בנובמבר 2022, נאסד"ק הודיעה לחברה כי מניותיה הרגילות לא הצליחו לשמור על מחיר מינימום של 1.00 דולר במהלך 30 ימי העסקים הרצופים הקודמים כנדרש על פי כללי הרישום של שוק המניות של נאסד"ק. מאז, נאסד"ק קבעה כי במשך 14 ימי העסקים האחרונים ברציפות, מה-3 במרץ ועד ה-22 במרץ 2023, מחיר הצעת הסגירה של המניות הרגילות של החברה עמד על 1.00 דולר למניה ומעלה. בהתאם לכך, החברה חזרה לעמוד בכלל הרישום 5550(a)(2), ועניין זה נסגר כעת.
