BRKZ Secures $31 Million to Scale AI-Enabled Building Materials Procurement Across Saudi Arabia and the GCC

BRKZ grew revenues 250% last year and works with thousands of businesses in the construction industry. It has sold more than $133 million in raw, local, and imported building materials and has processed more than $1.37 billion in RFQs through its platform.

BRKZ, a leading technology-enabled building materials procurement platform in Saudi Arabia, today announced it has secured $31 million in new capital to fuel its next phase of growth, including advancing its AI-powered pricing and fulfillment engine and rolling out embedded financing solutions for its network of contractors and suppliers.

The funding includes $13 million in Series B equity, co-led by Wa'ed Ventures, a venture capital arm of Aramco, and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and Anb Seed Fund. Alongside the equity round, existing financing partner Stride Ventures has committed $18 million in growth debt under BRKZ's previously announced $30 million venture debt facility, supporting working capital and flexible payment terms for customers.

The round comes as BRKZ records strong growth. Revenue is on track to triple in 2026, following 2.5x year-on-year growth in 2025, while the company continued to expand amid significant geopolitical and supply-chain disruption across the Middle East. Its growth reflects the need for digitized procurement, pricing transparency, and reliable fulfillment across the construction material supply chain.

BRKZ now serves more than 1,500 contracting companies and 150 building materials factories, supported by approximately 2,100 local and international suppliers. Since inception, the company has sold more than $133 million (SAR 500 million) in raw, local, and imported building materials and has processed more than $1.37 billion (SAR 5.13 billion) in RFQs through its platform.

Building materials account for a significant share of construction project costs, yet procurement remains highly fragmented and relies on manual sourcing, negotiations and disconnected logistics processes. BRKZ provides contractors, distributors and factories with a single platform to source local, imported and raw materials. It combines its Saudi supplier network with international sourcing capabilities and manages pricing, quality assurance, logistics and flexible commercial terms through a single procurement relationship.

BRKZ has spent the past three years building a proprietary building materials dataset of approximately 38 million structured data points across 13,000+ product records and 2,100+ supplier profiles. This data now supports an AI pricing engine trained on approximately 40,000 RFQs, predicting buy and sell prices and recommending relevant suppliers for each order. 84% to 89% of predictions fall within 5% of the final transacted price, reducing a traditionally manual pricing process to a near-instant workflow while procurement teams retain final oversight.

AI agents also run parts of BRKZ's day-to-day operations. Nusa, the company's delivery agent, autonomously processes bulk-cement deliveries by reading delivery-note photos sent by transporters over WhatsApp, matching them to orders, verifying quantities and closing completed deliveries, with staff stepping in on exceptions. Approximately three-quarters of delivery notes are now processed without manual override. Payment-term decisions are also AI-assisted, drawing on BRKZ's proprietary payment-behaviour history, with final approval remaining with the company's finance team.

The new capital will be used to:

• Advance BRKZ's AI capabilities across quotation, pricing and fulfilment, automating more of the procurement journey
• Deepen vertical integration across the supply chain, from raw materials sourcing to last-mile delivery
• Scale cross-border sourcing and trading, expanding direct supply corridors with China, India and other major manufacturing markets, including specialty and private-label building material products, to improve material availability, pricing and sourcing flexibility

Earlier in 2026, BRKZ also received a strategic investment from SIC, the investment arm of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), reflecting SIC's confidence in BRKZ's vision to digitize procurement, strengthen local supply chains and contribute to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 industrial objectives.

BRKZ supplies contractors and businesses participating in major developments including The Red Sea Project, Diriyah, Qiddiya, ROSHN and King Salman Park. As the company enters its next phase of growth, BRKZ remains open to additional strategic investors joining the Series B.
