The Monavie Presidential Estate from Russia will unveil its new model of private investment in territorial development at 2026 AIM Congress in Dubai

The Monavie Presidential Estate is nominated for 2026 Future Living Award. This autumn the project will be presented at 2026 AIM Congress in UAE where it will demonstrate an integrated territorial development model in which private investments combine residential real estate, hotel and resort industry and infrastructure that sustain quality and duration of active life in a unified ecosystem.

The announced volume of joint investments amounts to more than 520 million dollars (43 billion rubles). The Monavie Presidential Estate is a growing project that spans across 284 hectares in Russia, the Moscow region and it was designed as an environment for permanent residence, resort and long-term preservation of real estate value. The project's key principle is a shift from development of separate objects to creation of an integral territorial economy. Apart from private residencies, the next step of the plan is development of 5-star resort infrastructure operating under an international brand, preventive medicine center, wellness and sport sector, public spaces and recreational objects. According to the idea of the project designers, such a model allows for private funds to simultaneously create commercial and public value: develop tourism potential of the territory, create new jobs, bring to life modern infrastructure and improve quality of the environment.
